Its formation was announced on 11th February 2021 when Pole To Win announced the acquisition of the art outsourcing studio 5518 Studios, merging it with their game development brand Orange Rock under the new company 1518 Studios. It is led by Kasturi Rangan, previously CEO at Orange Rock.
