4Play/ScatoLogic

4Play was founded by Scott LeGrand, Douglas Engel, Stephanie Wukovitz, and Tom Harker. ScatoLOGIC was the publishing company formed by the aforementioned team to produce BattleSphere.

4Play began in the early days of the Atari Jaguar with the intention to develop the game that would eventually become BattleSphere, a title that was released approximately six years after it was begun.

The companies merged in 2000.
