Agenda Co., Ltd.

Agenda Co., Ltd. (株式会社アジェンダ) is a software development company based in Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan. The company was established on November 2, 1990 by a group of former staff from dB-SOFT. The company produced both game software (usually under the Argent brand, discontinued in 2007) and business/productivity software, with OEM contract development being a major part of its business in both realms.

Several staff members left the company in 2008 to establish SmileBoom. In 2013, Frontier Wave was established as a joint game development venture with DropWave, with Agenda transferring its remaining game development assets to the new company. The following year, Agenda left the partnership, and Frontier Wave was merged into DropWave.
