Apogee Entertainment Inc.

Apogee Software, LLC, is a privately held limited liability company located in Garland, Texas. The formation of the company was announced on 14 July 2008, by Terry Nagy, Chief Operating Officer. It holds most of the intellectual properties of the original Apogee Software, Ltd. and is led by the same founder, Scott Miller.

On 20 April 2021, the company rebranded to Apogee Entertainment Inc., and began publishing indie titles, as well as Emberheart Games' remasters of old Apogee titles.
