About
Banalex Corporation, a subsidiary of Bandai Co. Ltd., was briefly involved in games publishing in 1993. As of 2001 its business was leasing real estate and purchasing office materials for Bandai. In 2007 it was merged with NAMCO Supporters Ltd., a company that did similar services for Namco Limited, and the company was renamed to Bandai Namco Business Services. The company was later renamed Bandai Namco Business Arc on April 1st 2012.
