Banpresoft Co., Ltd.

Banpre Kikaku Co., Ltd. (株式会社バンプレ企画, Banpre Planning) was the game development division of Banpresto, established in February 1994 in the Kita Ward of Osaka, Japan. In March 1997, Banpresto consolidated all of its consumer game development and planning staff into the company and moved it to the Chuo Ward of Tokyo, renaming the company to Banpresoft Co., Ltd. (株式会社バンプレソフト). In April of 1998, a new development team was formed at the company, which would be responsible for overseeing Banpresto's flagship Super Robot Wars franchise and developing several titles in the series internally.

Banpresto was merged with BEC on April 1, 2011 to form the new company B.B.STUDIO.
