Big Rooster, LLC

Big Rooster, LLC is a game development company which started in an office on the Fitchburg Technology Campus, Fitchburg, Wisconsin, in November 2006 and began operations in January 2007. The formation of the company was officially announced in June of that year.

The co-founders were Timothy Gerritsen, Jeff Dewitt, Rowan Atalla and Jason Blochowiak who had worked together at Human Head Studios.

The company acquired official licenses to develop games for the Wii and Nintendo DS systems as well as Xbox 360 and Playstation 3.

Big Rooster's first projects were adaptations of board games: Talisman for Capcom and Zombies!!! (announced in Oct. 2008). Neither game was completed and announcements were made by the respective publishers that new developer companies were being sought.

In December 2009, the company website is still active although no updates have been added since 2008.
