Blue52 Games Limited

About
Blue52 Games was a UK game development studio. Most likely, it was established in March 1997 by Jason Perkins, who was previously with companies such as GT Interactive, Sony and Gremlin Graphics.
The studio created the titles Stolen (2005) and Disney's Peter Pan: The Legend of Never Land (2005). Both games were released after the studio was already out of business. A third title, Deadlight, was also in development based on the Stolen engine, but eventually cancelled in the studio's final months in 2005. The concept of the game focused on the dynamically lit rendering engine for PS2. It was set on the SS Hyperion that the player mysteriously comes across after getting stranded at sea. The main mechanic of the game was that different coloured lights scared different creatures and that all creatures were scared by "deadlight".
In March 2005, it was reported the studio would close down. In that same month however, Blue52 Development, a UK company active since 3 April 2003, changed its name to Curve Studios on 11 March 2005 and most likely the company was relaunched there, helmed by Perkins and Richie Turner.
