Carapace was an independent game development studio with offices in Paris and Toulouse, France.
In 2000, management staff consisted of Philippe Cazer, Frédéric Winkler, Thierry Gaerthner, and Vincent Bidaux.
Carapace filed bankruptcy and closed in October 2004.
