CDV Software Entertainment USA (offices in Cary, North Carolina and New Jersey) was the wholly-owned subsidiary of CDV Software Entertainment AG (headquarters in Bruchsal, Germany) and was part of the newly established CDV Software Entertainment Group. Its parent company is publicly traded on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (DAX). It was active from 2000 to 2010.
