The CentreGold Plc Group was formed when CentreSoft and U.S. Gold Ltd. were joined together by U.S. Gold.

The company had distribution locations in the United Kingdom, France, Germany and other countries.

The group was acquired by Eidos Interactive in April 1996 and subsequently sold.
