Cipher Prime Studios, Inc.

Cipher Prime is a development studio that was first registered as the Delaware (USA) company Cipher Prime, LLC on 1st August 2008. On 29th June 2009 a second company called Cipher Prime Studios, Inc. was incorporated in Pennsylvania (USA). It is not clear which of the two names is used predominantly, but both companies are still active and exist alongside each other.
