About

Continuum Entertainment was a Brazilian game development company, located in Curitiba. It started out in January 1998, with help of a technology incubator, called INTEC.

After successfully crafting its real commercial debut, Outlive, the company became a standard in software development in Brazil, and has attracted quite a bit of press coverage. Although the commercial success of Outlive was not overwhelming, it managed to sell some 25.000 copies in the U.S., allawing the company to stay alive and pursue other projects.

The company's main focus later on was the development of licensed titles from Brazil's largest television channel, Rede Globo, and focuses mainly on mainstream games, as opposed to games for hard-core players.

It was closed in 2009. A revived company of the same name was formed around 2025.
