Covert Operations Ltd was a Scottish game development studio founded in 2000 by Niall Fraser, focusing on J2ME and Game Boy Color games. On 27th May 2003 he sold the studio to IOMO where it was integrated.

Mobile games by the studio include Run Pepper Run and Gold + Shadow.
