Creative Technology Group Ltd. was a company formed by the management of Imagine Software in an attempt to separate the company's development and marketing operations, with Creative employing the programmers and Imagine being solely responsible for marketing and publishing. It ceased to exist with Imagine's collapse in mid-1984.
