Curve Games Limited

Curve Games is a UK publishing company headed by CEO John Clark.

The company roots go back to the UK development studios Blue52 Games (1999-2005) and Curve Studios (2005-2017). Initially starting as a development studio, Curve Studios announced to expand into publishing in March 2013. This led to the establishment of the publishing company Curve Digital. Eventually all development services were halted and the company focused exclusively on publishing, first as Curve Digital and rebranding as Curve Games in October 2021.

For the sake of clarity, the publishing is grouped at this single company entry, as in reality there are multiple companies involved at different dates such as Curve Digital, Curve Digital Entertainment, Curve Digital Publishing, Curve Games Development One and Curve Games Development Two. The current head company is Curve Games.

The company is currently owned by NorthEdge Capital, which announced to acquire Catalis in August 2019. The deal was completed in October of the same year. Previously, Catalis had acquired Curve in January 2016.
