Demiurge Studios, Inc.

Demiurge Studios is a game development studio located in Cambridge, Massachusetts (USA). The company was founded in 2002 by Albert Reed, Chris Linder and Tom Lin.

The company was acquired by SEGA on 19 February 2015 to be part of the SEGA Networks division. Albert Reed and Geoffrey Hyatt bought the company back on 2 April 2020.

On 18 August 2021, Embracer Group announced the acquisition of the company through its subsidiary Saber Interactive
