Dice Multi Media Europe BV was a Dutch budget release publishing/distribution company founded in September 1998, and was part of the Hermans Group. Subsidiaries were eventually established in England, Germany, Scandinavia, France, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Italy, Austria, Czech Republic and Poland.
