Exigent is a game outsourcing company established by Paul Steed, Garland Wong and Jesse Rapczak. The global office is based in Encinitas, California (USA). Art development is done at its two divisions: Exigent Game Art Pvt. Ltd. (India) and Exigent Computer Software (Shanghai) Inc. (China). The main company is sometimes also referred to as Exigent Holdings.

The only games where art is associated with this main office are those where the credits do not clarify which division worked on the game.
