F+F Distribution GmbH

Midway Games GmbH was the European division of Midway Games, Inc. It ran into trouble when the main Midway company filed for bankruptcy in February 2009. On 21th August it became known F & F Publishing GmbH, a company owned by Uwe Fürstenberg (former General Manager of Midway Games GmbH), and Hans Meyer (Finance Director of Midway Games GmbH) had completed a buy-out of the division.
