FireAnt, Inc. was a US, Seattle-based game development studio founded by Microsoft veterans Matthew Wilson and John Smith circa 2004. In 2005 the company was acquired as the team was hired by Sony to establish the SOE Seattle division, first announced on 3rd February 2005.
