France Telecom Multimedia Edition, a subsidiary of Wanadoo, developed and published entertainment content. The company was also actively involved in co-production and co-publishing ventures. It participated in over 25 CD-ROM titles, including games, educational content, and Internet initiation programs.

The company was listed on the Paris Bourse in July 2000. In Sept. 2000, it merged with publisher index+ to form the new company Wanadoo Edition.
