Fresh Start Studios, LLC is an entity based on a a joint venture agreement formed on 2nd March 2010 following the filing for bankruptcy of Cheyenne Mountain Entertainment. It was needed to deal with the funding issue, unpaid wages and creditor issues for the shooter Stargate: Resistance, which was released just days before Cheyenne filed for Chapter 11.
