Frontier Foundry

Frontier Foundry was a publishing label of Frontier Developments, mostly assigned to externally-developed games. It was launched in the summer of 2019. The first title to carry the label, Struggling, was released on 27th August 2020. Eight titles were released in total. The last one was The Great War: Western Front on 30th March 2023.

In June 2023 the company announced to cease all activity relating to acquiring new third-party titles, closing the label. Frontier said the business did not meet its expectations of a positive return on investment within the first year of each title.
