THE GAME FACTORY was founded in 2004 and was an independent international publisher of interactive entertainment software for PC, Gameboy Advance, Nintendo DS and PlayStation.
The majority of titles were based on popular international children's characters and licenses, targeted at the young casual gamer.
The portfolio of licensed properties includes: Garfield™, Postman Pat™, Franklin™, Noddy™, Strawberry Shortcake™, Little Miss Spider™, Code Lyoko, Biker Mice From Mars, Cartoon Network, Legend of The Dragon, Bratz Ponyz etc.
THE GAME FACTORY titles are distributed either by the company's own sales force in Scandinavia, their parent company K.E. Media or from the two fully owned subsidiaries in Los Angeles, USA and London, UK.
THE GAME FACTORY was fully owned by K.E. Mathiasen A/S with head quarter situated just outside Aarhus in Denmark. Since it was founded K.E. Mathiasen A/S was a distributor in Scandinavia within the areas of toys, apparel, candy, home furnishing products for children, board games and multimedia software.
