Gogii Games creates and publishes a range of casual game titles. The company is based in Moncton with offices in Prague. The studio was founded by George Donovan. The company develops games for Windows, Wii and Nintendo DS.

Many of the studio's members come from ToyboxGames Inc., a studio also founded by George Donovan.
