Headup Games GmbH & Co. KG

Headup Games is a German publishing and development studio. It was founded in 2009 and the head office is located in Düren outside Cologne, Germany.

On 24 February 2021, Thunderful Group AB announced the acquisition of the company. Headup remained an independent game publishing and development company, part of the Thunderful Games segment. Headup's CEO Dieter Schoeller took on the role of Head of Publishing within Thunderful Group, responsible for Thunderful’s publishing operations in Sweden and Germany.

On 27 March 2024, Thunderful sold Headup back to Dieter Schoeller's Microcuts Holding GmbH.
