Hobby Japan

Hobby Japan (ホビージャパン) is a Tokyo-based company mainly specializing in toys and action figures. The company was founded on September 27th, 1969. They also release card and table games (including role-playing games). Hobby Japan also produced computer games, such as Ring Master RPG series, which mirrored the mechanics developed for their table RPGs.
