IncaGold is a game publishing company based in Zurich, Switzerland. Other company offices have been established in Brazil, Japan, Australia, New Zealand and the United States.

One of IncaGold's "sister" companies was Brightstar Entertainment Ltd..

IncaGold GmbH was acquired by IncaGold Ltd. in December 2004.

In December 2009 Richard M. Holmes resigned from his CEO position with the parent company, IncaGold plc, and purchased IncaGold GmbH.
