About

The company was founded as DayLight Productions, Inc., a US audio and video production studio started by Mark W. Day, Anthony Morone and David K. Nielsen in 1998, with the early days operating from their homes.

In June 2000 it was announced the French company Kalisto Entertainment SA had acquired the company through a stock swap and DayLight was renamed Kalisto Entertainment USA Inc. The French mother company filed for bankruptcy in April 2002.

Anthony Morone, Matt Scibilia, Billy Cain, Dave Downing and Stretch Williams who all worked at the company, founded the studio BigSky Interactive, Inc. one month later, in May 2002 and they took along most of the Kalisto USA development team.
