LCG Entertainment, Inc.

Telltale Games is the trading name of the US company LCG Entertainment. It is based in Malibu, California and was established on 27th December 2018. LCG acquired the rights to much of the intellectual property owned by Telltale, Inc. that filed for assignment in October 2018 and were forced to shut down and sell off assets. LCG acquired the branding, games, and game licenses and announced in August 2019 they would be bringing the old Telltale Games titles back.

The studio's first new release was The Expanse: A Telltale Series in August 2023, continuing the tradition of narrative-driven game experiences.
