Located in Norrköping, Sweden, Meqon Research AB developed and distributed the Meqon Game Dynamics SDK (Software Development Kit), a solution that enabled game developers to incorporate realistic dynamics into their games.

In Sept. 2005, Meqon Research was acquired by AGEIA Technologies, Inc. and their physics technology was incorporated into the AGEIA PhysX SDK engine.
