Moonshark was established in 2012 and funded, produced, marketed and published mobile entertainment properties.
On 22nd August 2014 Hitcents announced the company's acquisition and its intention to integrate Moonshark into Hitcents’ San Francisco, Shanghai, and Bowling Green offices.
