NeoBards Entertainment Ltd. is an independent game developer founded in February 2017. The company set up headquarters in Hong Kong and studios in Taipei and Suzhou, developing games across multiple platforms including PC, console, and mobile.

NeoBards is most known for collaborating with publishers such as Capcom, working on co-dev projects such as Resident Evil Re:Verse, Resident Evil:Resistance, and remasters including Resident Evil Origins Collection, Onimusha:Warlords, and the Devil May Cry HD Collection. They have also worked on character skill design and implementation with Square Enix for Marvel’s Avengers.
