Plaion SAS is the French subsidiary of Plaion.
Originally founded in 2002 as SG Diffusion, the company was a publishing and distribution company that handled multi-platform video games as well as multimedia software in the French and European markets.
The company was acquired by Koch Media in October 2005 and became its French distributor.
