Playlogic International N.V.

Playlogic International N.V. was the largest Dutch independent publisher and developer of games for console, PC, handheld and mobile devices.

It was established in early 2002 and published games developed by Playlogic's in-house studio Playlogic Game Factory based in Breda, The Netherlands, as well as games developed by a large number of studios throughout Europe and the USA.

In 2007, five years after the establishment, the company first started to run a profit, but on 3rd August 2010 Playlogic Entertainment, Inc. filed for bankruptcy for the Dutch subsidiaries, citing tough market conditions, late payments by large customers, and the delays in projects.
