Reality Check Studios was founded in January 1997 by Kory Jones and is located in Los Angeles, California (USA). Reality Check specialized in visual effects, animation and film production for games and other media until the company was sold in 2009.

It is now known as Reality Check Systems and the company focuses mostly on television and film rather than games.
