Rushware GmbH

Rushware, the software division of Rush Records, was formed in Kaarst, Germany by Hans Rabe in 1984. Ownership partner Jürgen Goeldner joined Mr. Rabe shortly thereafter.

Rushware distributed software while Softgold was set up in 1985 to publish its software.

Rushware was bought in 1991 and merged with Softgold to become wholly owned by Funsoft Holding GmbH.
