SoftKey Multimedia Inc.

SoftKey Multimedia Inc. was a subsidiary of SoftKey International Inc. It was formed in July 1994 with the merging of two acquisitions by the parent company: Aris Multimedia Entertainment Inc., based in Marina del Rey, Calif., and Compact Publishing Inc., based in Washington.

SoftKey Multimedia's main purpose was to develop, publish and market personal computer-based multimedia products. The company was located in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
