Spark Entertainment was a game development studio founded in 1999 by former employees of Electronic Arts. It was based in Paris, France.
In 2003 EA sought to return a number of documents and code it claimed had been taken illegally by employees. EA won the case in the federal court of Los Angeles (USA) in May 2003.
