Square Enix (2009) Limited

Square Enix, Ltd., located in London, has publishing rights in Europe and other PAL territories for interactive entertainment titles developed by Square Enix and is responsible for sales, marketing and production.

After Square Enix took over Eidos, this company was renamed to Square Enix (2009) Limited. This makes it the second company of this name besides Square Enix Limited (the former Eidos Interactive Limited). It is assumed that this entity only exists for tax purposes.
