Steel Monkeys was founded in 1998 by Timofey Dvoskin and Derek McLennan in the United Kingdom. The company develops games for the PC, PS2, Xbox and GameCube.
As of 2007, it had offices in Glasgow (Scotland), Belarus (Russia), and in White Rock (Canada).
