TimeGate Studios is a game development studio based in Sugar Land, Texas (USA). It was founded in 1998 by Alan Chaveleh and Adel Chaveleh.

TimeGate's debut project was Kohan: Immortal Sovereigns (2001), a fantasy real-time strategy game.

On 1st May 2013 the company filed a petition for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in Texas Southern Bankruptcy Court.
