TopWare Interactive AG

TopWare Interactive AG is a game publishing company based in Karlsruhe, Germany. It was established in 2005 by ZUXXEZ Entertainment AG, a company originally founded in 2000 by employees of the original TopWare Interactive company.

ZUXXEZ acquired the name TopWare Interactive after the original TopWare's insolvency in February 2001, along with the Polish publishing and distribution company TopWare Interactive Poland and various franchises. It also took over TopWare 51% stake in the Polish development studio TopWare Programmy In 2001 the development studio was split in two: Toontraxx and Reality Pump. After the resurrection of the TopWare name in 2005, ZUXXEZ was renamed TopWare Interactive AG in 2011.

The company has branched out with a US development and publishing division called TopWare Interactive, Inc. and the German publishing division TopWare Interactive GmbH.
