Unknown Worlds Entertainment, Inc. is an independent game company founded in May 2001 by Charlie Cleveland in San Francisco, California (USA).

The team consists of Charlie Cleveland (Game Director), Max McGuire (Technical Director), Cory Strader (Art Director) and Matt Regan (Artist).

The company mostly works on games behind the scenes developing technology and tools, design and artwork, the first of which was Natural Selection released in 2002. The sequel, Natural Selection 2 (NS2), is currently in the development stages.
