WB Games Boston

Turbine is a game development studio founded in 1994 and based in the USA. Its focus is on MMORPGs, with titles such as Asheron's Call, Dungeons & Dragons Online and The Lord of the Rings Online.

On 20 April 2010, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment announced to have acquired the company.

In December 2016, its MMO team branched off to create Standing Stone Games and continue the maintenance and development of Dungeons & Dragons Online and The Lord of the Rings Online.

In November 2018, the company was renamed to WB Games Boston.
