20-Veld Rekenen
Description
20-Veld Rekenen is a Dutch educational program that aims to teach children aged 6 to 12 to add and subtract to 20. The computer always chooses random sums and it is then the intention that the child enters the correct answer. The child can correct itself with the help of a visual support through a number chart of 1 to 20.
The child can first choose whether to add, subtract or mixed. Then choose whether the sums are up to 10, over the 10, or mixed. Now it can choose from jumps over ten, no jumps over ten or mixed.
While working with this program, the child is given 20 sums and with each correct answer, a person will climb higher and higher up a flight of stairs and take a dip in a swimming pool if all the answers are correct.
