3°C is a puzzle game in the tradition of SameGame where the player has to remove blocks by clicking on groups of blocks of the same color. More blocks fall from the top after every few clicks from the player and the game is over when they reach the top.

The game is based on a web game with the same name, but this version has more game modes. The original version is known as classic and is closer to the original SameGame. There is also the Game A mode which adds powerups and the Game B mode which has the same gameplay but with different level layouts. The Wii version also adds a mode called Quick Shot where blocks are continuously falling and a local two-player mode called Battle.
