Ace High MK 2

Ace High MK 2 is a World War II-themed flight game for the Dragon 32/64.

It's summer 1940, and German bombers often darken the sky over Britain in waves of one hundred or more. Their fighter escort is close at hand. They outnumber the British 4:1. The player must control their Spitfire to shoot down incoming German aircraft.

Played from a first-person perspective, the player's Spitfire can deliver 16 short bursts of machine gun fire. The player can swerve left or right to avoid Messerschmitt 109 sweeping frontal and rear attacks. When the Heinkel opens fire, the player needs to dive to avoid being hit. If the player is hit twice, or sometimes even hit once, their plane is destroyed. Enemy aircraft can take 1 or 2 hits to destroy. The goal is to destroy nine enemy aircraft in a single flight to reach the rank of Ace.
