Acne Attack
Description
Acne Attack is a very unique game where you must pop pimples on a guy's face. The levels get more difficult as you progress. Occasionally you will see a Clearasil bottle floating down the screen as shown in one of the screenshots, or he will make an unhappy expression. The graphics are cartoonish and funny.
